Dr. Thomas Caravolas
Dr. Caravolas received a BS in Human Science from Georgetown University where he did his capstone research on velocity based training with ROTC students. He completed a 1-year intensive coaching internship in Austin, TX working with Crossfit athletes, High School athletes, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athletes, and the Military. Dr. Caravolas received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport, and is currently getting his Masters in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport as well. He has received additional training in Fascial Manipulation and a certification in Functional Range Conditioning.
Dr Caravolas uses cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, Fascial Manipulation, Cox Flexion distraction therapy, EMS therapy, McKenzie and Williams techniques, Nutrition counseling, and rehab exercises in combination with the traditional Chiropractic Adjustment to ensure the best results for his patients. Dr Caravolas believes in patient centered evidence-based care for his patients.
