Dr. Glidden received a BFA in Modern Dance from the University of Utah and a BS in Biology and Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States. Dr. Glidden completed a medical clerkship at the Veteran’s Affairs Palo Alto Hospital Systems in Monterey, California where she comanaged complex cases treating Veteran’s struggling with PTSD and chronic pain. During her clerkship, she completed clinical rotations at the Palo Alto VA Hospital systems that included Radiology, Pain Management, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Spinal Cord Units. Dr. Glidden is passionate about integrative medicine and collaborating care with various specialties to ensure patients receive the best standard of care.

Dr. Glidden specializes in rehabilitative medicine and treating athletes, artists, dancers, chronic pain patients and those struggling with headaches, migraines, and TMJ disorders. She received her 450 Hour Pilates Training Program in 2019 in Las Vegas, Nevada and a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification from the University of Utah’s College of Health in 2018. Prior to being a chiropractic physician, Dr. Glidden danced professionally and trained with professional dance companies across the country while also acting as a Yoga Therapist at the Lou Ruvo Brain Hospital and private chiropractic clinics. Dr. Glidden has received additional trainings from American Academy of Manipulative Therapy: Spinal Manipulation Institute & Dry Needling Institute, the Harkness Center for Dance at the NYU Langone Medical Center, Motion Palpation Institute, TULIP Trainings, and the Oregon Chiropractic Convention. Dr. Glidden uses dry needling, cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, flexion distraction therapy, EMS therapy, nutritional counseling, McKenzie techniques, and rehabilitation in combination with traditional chiropractic manipulation for the best results. Dr. Glidden believes in specialized care for all patients in order to maximize function of the human body.

FAKTR / Graston Technique

Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that uses specially designed stainless-steel instruments to detect and treat soft tissue fibrosis (scar tissue) or chronic inflammation in muscles, tendons and ligaments.


Application of sound waves to cause microscopic vibrations in deep tissue molecules to warm and increase metabolism for pain relief and to promote tissue healing.

Electrical Stimulation

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) or E-Stim uses low voltage electrical current to provide pain relief and stress in soft tissues.

Hot / Cold Therapy

Ice packs are used for acute injuries or pain, along with inflammation and swelling. Heat packs for muscle pain or stiffness.

IMPAC Vibracussor Therapy
